An intact Buddha-image sits in the rubble of a house fire in Penrith, to the West of Sydney. The house had been used as a Buddhist temple for two years, although according to a neighbor, the building had stood empty for about three months. Its residents, originally from Korea, had returned there for a holiday. Authorities suspect arson was the cause, as three similar incidents have happened recently. Neighbors said that the residents were "beautiful people."
